VVibeMate

TRUST CENTER · VERSION 2026-08-18

Terms for publishing a Profile and meeting through your work.

Effective August 18, 2026. These Terms govern VibeMate, an Oysterun service, including the local application, Cloud Profile, matching, notifications, and introductions.

01

Eligibility and account access

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for access to your email account, local computer, Claude or Codex provider account, and any action completed through a valid VibeMate Cloud session.

VibeMate uses email verification rather than a password. Do not share verification codes or Cloud session tokens.

02

Your Profile and content

You retain ownership of the Profile, Stories, Skills, and other content you submit. You grant VibeMate a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, render, embed, compare, and display that content only as needed to operate the service according to your visibility and matching settings.

You must have the right to publish submitted content. Do not submit confidential information belonging to another person, unlawful material, impersonation, or content that violates intellectual-property, privacy, or contractual rights.

Claude, Codex, and other language models can produce incomplete or incorrect text. You are responsible for reviewing the exact Profile payload before publication and correcting claims that do not represent you.

03

Local application

The VibeMate CLI runs on your computer and reads the session sources you select. You are responsible for installing it only on a computer and session archive you are authorized to use. Provider CLI activity is governed by your agreement with that provider.

04

Matching and introductions

VibeMate uses approved Profile content, Skills, settings, vector similarity, and model judgment to propose relevant introductions. Matching is probabilistic. We do not guarantee a match, compatibility, response, business outcome, accuracy of another person's Profile, or safety of communication outside VibeMate.

You control introduction frequency, matching languages, Profile visibility, and matching status. A new introduction counts against the interval you selected. Contact information is disclosed through the mutual-introduction process. Use your own judgment before communicating, meeting, sharing information, or entering an agreement with another person.

05

Acceptable use

You may not use VibeMate to harass, discriminate, deceive, spam, scrape Profiles, build unsolicited contact lists, reverse engineer access controls, probe another owner's private data, automate OTP abuse, distribute malware, or interfere with service availability.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law, or preserve service security. You may stop using VibeMate and delete your Cloud Profile through Manage Profile.

06

Service communications

VibeMate sends registration and login verification codes when you request them. Matching notifications follow your configured interval and controls. Operational messages may be sent when needed to protect or administer the service. See the Privacy Policy for data practices.

07

Service availability and changes

We may improve, replace, or discontinue functionality while preserving obligations that accrued before the change. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, email filtering, Internet conditions, and third-party services may affect availability.

09

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. The Taipei District Court has jurisdiction to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a mandatory consumer-protection rule gives you rights in another jurisdiction, that rule continues to apply.

Questions about these Terms can be submitted through VibeMate Support.
